PLAN TRAINING

Once you have used Definer to identify your training needs (see Training Needs ) it is a simple matter to prioritise the tasks for which there is a training requirement. You can also identify what training can be delivered in-house and what you have to buy.

Because Definer enables you to be specific about defining your training requirements you can be specific about what you want the training providers to deliver. This can save money, time and resources by avoiding unnecessary training.

If you decide to run in-house courses you can tell the course designers the exact outcomes you want from the course. (see Course Design ).

Because Definer can keep records on the training needs of everybody, it is a simple matter to produce training plans for individuals and groups/departments/teams.
