JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Definer is ideal for creating Job Specifications once a task analysis has been done and the staff responsible for performing each task have been identified (see Task Analysis and Attach info to Tasks).

It is worth noting that Definer can produce a job specification for a team or a department just as easily as it can for an individual. The diagram below shows a small part of the job specification of a team that works in forestry.
