ATTACH INFORMATION TO EACH TASK

Definer enables you to attach the following information to each task:-

        • personnel
        • contacts
        • resources
        • qualifications or evidence of competence needed
        • references
        • flags (to identify different castegories of task)
        • key words
        • notes
        • hyperlinks to relevant documents and/or web pages
        • user defined information (e.g. degree of risk)
        • diary dates
         

The screen below shows the people involved in the highlighted task 'Fell the trees with a power saw' together with the equipment they need. It also shows relevant references, evidence of competence required and is flagged (highlighted in red) to indicate that the task is governed by some Health and Safety regulations.

The recent addition to the program is its ability to check that each individual required to perform the task has the required evidence of competence to be permitted to do so.  In the illustration below Charlie''s name is in red showing that he does not have the required evidence of competence.

Note: Clicking on the (i) to the left of a persons name will display the perons details to those authorised to see them.
